Who you are buying from

This site is operated by Echo Cheng Art, ABN 38 604 543 884. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. A tax invoice is issued with every order.

One of each

Every work listed is an original painting and exists once. Availability shown on the site is corrected as sales happen, but two people can still reach the same painting at the same moment. If that happens, the order that completes first gets the painting and the other is refunded in full, immediately — we will never charge you for a painting that has already gone.

Prices

The price shown on the page when you add a painting to your cart is the price you pay. If a price has risen since your page loaded, the checkout stops and shows you the new price rather than charging it. If it has fallen, you pay the lower one.

Images

Photographs are taken at home in daylight without colour adjustment. Screens render colour differently; a small difference is not a fault. See returns.

Copyright

Buying a painting buys the painting. Copyright in the image stays with the artist: the work may not be reproduced, printed or sold as an image without written permission.

Consumer guarantees

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
