Privacy

This is a small shop run by one painter. We collect as little as possible and we do not sell anything about you to anyone.

What we hold

When you buy a painting we hold your name, email address, postal address and what you ordered — because we cannot post it to you otherwise. When you use the contact form we hold what you wrote and the email address you gave.

Payment

Card details never reach this site. Payment is handled by Stripe, who process the card and tell us only that the payment succeeded, plus the shipping address you gave them.

Who else sees it

Australia Post or the courier, to deliver the parcel. Stripe, to take the payment. Amazon SES, which carries our email. Nobody else.

Cookies

Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage, not on our server, and it never contains prices. There is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.

Asking for a copy, or deletion

Email hello@echo-arts.com.au and we will send you what we hold or delete it — except where we have to keep records of a sale for tax purposes.
