Shipping

Every painting is packed and posted from Melbourne, usually within two business days. A stretched canvas travels in a rigid box with corner protection, not a satchel — it takes longer to pack than a small parcel, and that is deliberate.

Cost

[SHIPPING RATES — to be set from real quotes before launch.] Postage depends on the size of the canvas: the small pieces travel as a parcel, and the largest ones (36" × 24" and up) may need a courier. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Where

Australia only, for now. If you are overseas and want a particular painting, ask — it may be possible, but it will be quoted by hand rather than through the cart.

Tracking

Everything goes with tracking. You will get the tracking number by email once the parcel is lodged.

If it arrives damaged

Tell us within seven days and send photographs of the painting and the packaging. Each of these is the only one of its kind, so it cannot be replaced — but you will be refunded in full, including postage. See returns.
